One of the world’s most recognized electronics brands, Whirlpool Corporation is responsible for selling a majority of the household products, such as dishwashers, microwaves, refrigerators, and dryers.

The multinational chose Corebiz to develop an e-commerce platform aimed at boosting online sales and standardizing channels across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa.

The need to optimize online sales channels arose during the Covid-19 pandemic. The multinational sought a partner capable of executing a project quickly and flexibly, with a long-term vision that could encompass all B2B2C, B2B, and Marketplace resources.

Global Project Focused on Digital Transformation for the Brand

From the outset, usability and the shopping experience were the main focus of the project designed by the Corebiz team for Whirlpool Corporation on the VTEX platform.

The project began with the Go Live of the Brazilian KitchenAid website. In just three months, we boosted sales by 200%.

Several key ingredients contributed to this success: scalability, the ability to tune in to the specific needs of each country, adaptability from market to market, and varying integration perspectives.

With dozens of projects implemented over the course of a year, we focused on major brands of the multinational, such as Consul, Brastemp, and KitchenAid. We also created a project hub aimed at expanding digital channels and campaigns such as Compra Direta Empresas, Direto na Loja, and Compra Certa. Another distinguishing feature of the project was the implementation of a fully customized chatbot focused on providing fast and efficient service across all channels.

The expectation for the coming year is to further expand online communication channels with consumers, while also focusing on an omnichannel experience that connects all sales fronts and technological resources, ensuring a unique and personalized experience for consumers.
